Hello stamping friends! It's my turn to host the Technique Challenge, and I have a fun one! It's time to CASE (Copy And Share Everything) a technique card!
For this challenge:
1. Choose a favorite technique that you:
a. LOVE or
b. Missed or
c. Want More Practice On
2. Choose one of:
a. Your Own Cards to CASE or rework using chosen technique
b. A stamping friend's card that you loved with a cool technique OR
one of their cards that you love and ADD technique in #1
c. One of Lydia's (UnderstandBlue) awesome technique cards to case just because she is awesome
(Let it NOT be said she is not an AMAZING stamping friend! <3)
Please link to the card that you are CASE-ing in your description so we can take a look at both. It's no fun when we can't see both cards! AND let us know what technique you used, so we can ooh and ahh and try it for ourselves!
Oh! What a FUN challenge! I plan to play but it might be later in the week. Hubby has one day off and it's today. I SO agree that Lydia is AMAZING! I was thinking about her Amazingness this weekend so I DEFINITELY want to play along with this challenge and use 2C.
Fun challenge, Judy! Love it! Got lost for a while in my own gallery, lol. I kept going "oh, I forgot about THAT card". I have another I'm working on, so I'll be back (it's nowhere near as complicated as this one.) Here's my Pink Christmas Door. Thanks so much for looking!
I went with Clean and Simple, as it's outside my usual style and I need practice- inspired by Clownmom's Have a Magical Day card. I also used a Bugaboo Digi stamp, but a Christmas one, and kept the bookcase image. Added a polka dot border and dc leaf. Here's Magical Christmas

What a fun challenge. Here's my card with the card I cased attached.

Fun challenge, Judy! I used the TLC that you posted while I was on holidays this summer ;-), and while I'm useless at CASEing, when I was thinking about this challenge I went and browsed my favourites to find something to inspire me. Hope that counts! I know I wouldn't have remembered the Latch Card otherwise.
And I tried the next TLC that I missed while camping ;-).Sorry for the photo, I'll take another one tomorrow. 4 in the afternoon here and I have all the lights on :-(.
I finally got to this challenge - what a wonderful challenge it is! For my technique, I used plastic wrapping, put ink on it and sprayed with water then dipped my leaves in them. I just love the way they turned out and hope you do too!

I made 2 cards for this challenge. My first card I used the Northern Lights technique for the first time. I am really happy how this turned out. For my second card I CASED one of Lydia's cards using inks and water. Thanks for the inspiration Lydia
Great challenge. I want to work on my watercolor stamping, Im still having troubles with it and several efforts end up in the bin. Here's my latest effort casing Mimi 'A hidden Lane'.
