Today's Technique Challenge's title sounds like two dogs from Scooby Doo! But - it is really what we are doing with ribbon this week: using our scraps and making loops!
LOOPS IN BOWS DO NOT COUNT!!
You can certainly have bows on your projects, but let's see some loops used in other ways!
My sample uses scraps cut into 1" (bottom layer) and 1 1/2" (top layer) loops.

Ribbon scraps, what are they .
I have a little box full on my desk, I'll have to see what I can do with them after I get the housework done.
Thanks, Judy.
