Can you believe it’s May already?! Here’s hoping that the flowers are blooming where you are. I’m looking forward to the warm weather and lots of BBQs!

~ Twisted Easel Cards ~

A few weeks back, I came across a card that one of my stamping friends had made that was so cool. She referred me to Laura Lipe (Smiles, Laura) who had designed the Twisted Easel card. It’s such a fun little twist on easel cards and incredibly easy, too! Laura has instructions on her blog and several samples there, too.

Here is my ATC using the Twisted Easel technique.. I left the back long, but cut and folded the front as directed. It worked.

Here's mine, I have to admit that I had a little trouble with this one. Totally put my fold in the wrong spot, but I still think the card turned out pretty well. I like the colors a lot.

I love easel cards and had them on my list to do one month for christmas cards. This is the first twisted card I have done, and it came out quite well.

When I saw this challenge...I really wanted to participate. This week has been soooo crazy that I could never seem to find the time to post something new.
