Pinefeather is a highly talented gal, and is a former Dirty Girl. Thanks for sharing your talents! She says in her blog that this is inspired by an item she received from Erin Blair in a swap.
ETA: emarj just sent me a link to a tutorial for a very similar gift card holder. The creator of the tutorial is Claudia from Germany, and you can find it here: http://rosaswelt.blogspot.com/2007/1...arte-lach.html
The words are in German, but the pictures are very clear and great for those that appreciate a visual (like me!). Thanks, my friend, for sending me the link. More information and inspiration is always a good thing!
Another ETA: Debi/SassiAngel sent me this link to a video tutorial. Thanks!!
"Dawn Griffith has a video tutorial on making this gift card holder. The only thing different is that she doesn't stamp on the inside. I bookmarked this awhile ago planning on making some. Some of us are "visual learners", so this video makes it very easy to understand. Check it out:
I am sure there are more tutorials for this same fold, but let's call it enough for this particular challenge! I really appreciate y'all hooking us up with more info!! More info = always good.
It is very simple to make and I like how it is different from the ‘usual’ pocket type gift card holders.
Looks like a fun challenge! I will have to try one after work!

I made a few of these at Christmas time after seeing this on Claudia from Germany's blog. Here is a link to her step by step instructions. They are in German but you can look at the pictures like I did. http://rosaswelt.blogspot.com/search...skarten%202007
