Default Which would you rather have?

I am making some cardstock sample rings for my stamp club members. I have made them before with the order numbers (for ink, paper, etc) on each color. As a demo, I use the numbers all the time. But I don't know if that is helpful or just annoying for a customer. Would it be better to just have the names of the colors on each piece?

So my question to you - would you rather have one with or without the order numbers?

Thanks

Definitely put the color and the number on it, makes it much easier when you want to add it to your order.

I have one with names only. I'm not sure if I would use the numbers, but I can't imagine anyone would object to them.

I made one for myself (2 inch ring) with just the names of the color. I usually use the catalog when I order stock so the number was never an issue. I say use both as long as your doing it.

I don't think the numbers would mean much to me. . .

what a great idea - either way (with or without numbers) would be great. Wish my demo did that - I just might have to do it myself or make myself a little board book so I can keep track of all the colors easily.

What a great idea. I would think the numbers would be good if they last more than a few months. It would be a shame to go to all that trouble and the numbers be different in the new catalog a few months from now.

Numbers on! Definitely! Great idea!

Add the numbers for paper, inks, pen, and reinker too to the corresponding piece!

My demo did these up for here regular customers, on the front she has the color and the color family that they belong too, on the back she has what supplies you can get in this color, example classic pad, craft pad, cardstock, markers, etc., she also has white card stock dividing each color family and she has all the in colors and specialty papers as well. I love my little paper ring, it comes in handy when I have a whole bunch of paper out and I can't remember which colors I was using. I also used it recently when I was getting paint to paint a few rooms in my house, we picked out colors from the color ring then found the paint chips that coressponed with what I wanted (most of the colors were Benjamin Moore). I keep my ring on my ink pad caddy so I know where it is at all times.

If I had to choose I would rather have the color name on it. I purchase from the catalog and really don't need the number.

Wow - I guess it seems to be a personal preference. I think I may just ask them which they would prefer, then try and sell the extras.
Thanks again for your replies
