Default Where to find Dictionary Paper???

Dumb question -- I know -- or do I just tear it right out of an old dictionary? I have seen it being used a lot in cards and scrapbooks lately. Usually in all my magazines in the supply list it just says "dictionary paper". Doesn't list a company or anything like that.

Thanks in advance for the help!

Do you usually spray it with a protective acid free spray first before using in your scrapbooks?

I'd scan the original dictionary page and then print out on acid free cardstock. Simple.

Jen - there was a technique lover's challenge a while back that involved making your own definition sheets - here's a link to the challenge:
Forums at Splitcoaststampers

And the original instructions:
Forums at Splitcoaststampers

These would let you put together whatever definitions you want whether or not they fall near each other in an actual dictionary.

You can also print definitions from www.m-w.com
That's the merriam webster website.

I don't use dictionary paper, but highlight, copy and paste into a new
document. That way you can print off a full page of ideas, once you have
found your idea or definition, pasted and recopied the same verse on a whole page, and print off for future use.
www.dictionary.com
http://dico.isc.cnrs.fr/dico/en/search

the second one is for synonyms which will give you more ideas to use for
making a statement of similar words.
using transparency to print off definitions is a nice look, because you can see the background paper, etc to put the definiton on top of. I like to use the word "recovery" for a get well card, printed on transparency, a full page of repeated statements and cut to size for future use. My defintion would include something to the effect of "recovery-the act of returning to full health" and whatever else you want to add.
This is one of the most rewarding forms of self expressions you can add
and personalize Have fun Carolyn
