Just a query girls. Do any of you who do scrapbooking print your own photos? If so what printer do you have? My HP doesn't really do photos very well and so I go and get them done, but sometimes I just want one or two to finish a layout and it's frustrating to have to go out to do it. I am thinking of getting a printer that is intended more for printing pics than documents but don't really know where to start. I would like one though that has a USB port too and also I don't want to have to mortage my house to do it! LOL.
I have a stand alone photo printer. Canon Selphy CP 800 . I like it . It doesn't not plug into my computer I put the Memory card from my Camera in the slot .
I paid $69. It looks like they went up in price quite a bit since I bought mine.
Thanks for that info. It looks good, but I would want one that prints larger photos too I think. Actually after I posed the question here, I checked my printer manual and discovered that there is actually a specific photo cartridge I can buy for my current printer, which is a HP Photosmart C3100. I think maybe before outlaying for a new printer I will buy that cartridge and see if it makes much difference. Thanks for your help.
