We R Memory Keepers 2 Edge Punch
I recently purchased a 2 edge punch called Trellis. When I went to use it, the sliding button to lock, and designate the one or two punch did not work.
I look at tutorials on Youtube, but they did not really help. I finally gave up and
called We R Memory Keepers. What a pleasant surprise. The woman who answered was very helpful. After I told her the problems I was having she asked
for my name and address and said they would be forwarding a new punch. Apparently, I was not the only one having a problem with this particular punch.
It is always nice to deal with a company who believes what you are telling them and wants to make things right for their customers. I will definitely be buying
their products again.
