Cutterpede has wavy blades, and if you don't mind an As Seen On TV product, there is the cutter that has the light in it, and it now has 11 different blades. It's a great cutter, but I know of nowhere to replace the blades. It's called the Craft Lite Cutter, and there were a bunch on eBay.

I'm wondering what you use the creative memories wave cutter for?
I haven't tried the wave one recently, except to make a wavy line at the
end of a sheet on a page. I recently purchased a sizzix slim leaves fabric die cut, and it works great in my die cutter for paper also.
this is what that is about: http://www.sizzix.com/product/2124
nice for adding different patterns/shapes to cards
and I used a 40% off coupoon

I have the Creative Memories wave and use it for scrapbooking and sometimes for a wavy line at the bottom of cards. I haven't seen the other cutters mentioned.
