Default Verve goes above and beyond!!

I have a Mac and upgraded my operating system. It cause a major SNAFU with the newsletter from Verve and 4 other companies who use the same newsletter server. Every time I tried to open the newsletters my computer froze and I had to hard boot to get out. After countless hours with Apple Support they suggested I unsubscribe to the offending newsletters. The newsletter server would not even let me unsubscribe so I contacted Verve Customer Service.
They got back to me within an hour and manually unsubscribed me. The rep was most sympathetic to my problem. That is going above an beyond! It had NOTHING to do with their site or their products just the company they use to send their newsletters.

It was clear to me that Verve truly cared about a problem that had nothing to do with their products. Needless to say I was impressed! I will continue to visit their site manually.
