SU! Small Oval Punch ... No longer available?

Do any demos know ... is the SU! small oval punch no longer available, or just on backorder?

My demo tried to order it for me but was unable to, and she didn't know why.

I just tried ordering it on a demo order and a customer order and it went though fine all the way to payment (I didn't really want to order it, so I didn't finalize it)

I have no idea why it wouldn't come up for your demo. Good luck!

If orders are now going through without incident, it must've been a short-term backorder that was resolved before the next backorder list was due to be published. Under the new system that was just rolled out a few weeks ago, we get notified before finishing the order if something is out of stock and are given the option of choosing something else or sticking with the original choice and waiting for the backordered item to ship later.

i just ordered all of the ovals!

i would much rather just wait than to think i have missed out all together.


with the retired accessories list just around the corner i was in a slight panic! fingers crossed that the next punches on my 'hit list' are not going to retire before i can get them!

As always, demonstrators can order backordered items while customers cannot online (but the customer can have the demo order it), and it will be shipped when it comes in. Maybe your demo panicked and thought it was unavailable when it was only backordered.
