I don't understand-- you can't buy anything out of the SAB catalog. If you know that is the set you want to see, though, you can look at an image of it in the gallery here, and you can browse for it on eBay or post for it in the ISO forum.

Sale-a-bration is an annual Stampin Up promo event. The last few years it's been the beginning of January through the end of March. For every $50 you spend with SU, you earn a free item from the Sale-a-Bration catalog. It used to be just stamps, I think, but they've included things like paper and embellishments the last few years.

So the SAB catalog shows you the items you can earn and it does have item numbers with it, but you can't buy them for cash separately, and the items are only available for the duration of that year's SAB event. So, 2016 SAB has come and gone, meaning "what I love" is effectively retired.

The good news is that 2017 SAB will be here soon, but of course that doesn't help you find your stamp set right now. I did check on eBay, though-- if you like to shop there, there are several sets available for under $15.

Keep in mind that you can check the buy/sell/trade forum here on SCS for products from the SU 2016 SAB catalog. They are considered retired (correct me if I'm in error!), so they can be sold here. Often times demos end up with extra product and they sell it afterward. Just an idea if you were wanting a specific item.
