Default Stampin' Up stamp question

First world problem here -

I am trying to decide between the Petal Potpourri and Flower Shop stamp set. Any strong feelings one way or the other out there?

I have Flower Shop and the punch, and I use them. I keep looking at Petal Potpourri, but thinking I probably won't order it, although there are some cute samples. The basic difference from a design perspective is FS has an odd number of petals (which I find appealing) and PP has an even number.

I had that same dilemma!

I ended up with Petal Potpourri. I looked at blogs and the gallery here to see what others had done with the sets. I liked the cards with Petal Potpourri better - in general, they seemed a bit more clean/simple. I think the Flower Shop set seemed more realistic, while the Petal Potpourri set was more representational/graphic - more to my taste.

I don't think you can go wrong with either (I might still end up with Flower Shop as well later on) - enjoy whichever you choose.

Thank you so much LindaBabe and jasimons for responding! It is obvious the two of you you have a very specific style and particular taste and that THAT is what I should be considering when making my decision. Thanks again!

Just saw your post, and thought I'd give my reason for liking Flower Shop over Petal Potpourri. I'm not into scrapbooking, but love making cards. I, just my opinion, think Flower Shop is more size appropriate for my A2 cards. Petal Potpourri just seems large to me.

Thank you, Annecards! I am also into cardmaking and not scrapbooking so I appreciate you pointing out the need to consider flower size.
