Default Spellbinders D-Lites Die

I have both a Vagabond and Big Shot die cutting machines. I have tried the new Spellbinders Garden Weave D-Lites Die in both machines, using wax paper (as per video) and card stock (both thicker and thin), but to no avail. The paper remains stuck in the die and I am unable to remove it without tearing it. If anyone has any suggestions, I would really appreciate your sharing it with me. Thanks in advance.

Hi Alliekatte. Go to the second page and read the input under the thread "Spellbinders are terrible to cut." You may get some help there.
