Default Source for solid colored twine/hemp/linen?

I'd like to buy some twine in solid colors, or maybe hemp. I've seen some projects in the gallery that used hemp and even linen in solid neutrals and I love the way it looks.

I have to buy online. So I would love some suggestions for places to buy it and what I should get. There must be different widths and weights. I don't even know what the difference between twine and hemp is! So any info would be appreciated!

Well, I get my hemp at Joanns in the jewelry department. I am sure they have it on line at their website. Also, there are several jewelry places that sell it (Firemountain Gems has very good quality items at decent prices). Plus, there is always old faithful...aka WalMart!!

Thanks, I'll check those. I did just order and receive (very quickly!) some very pretty colored hemp from HempCraft through Etsy. I also ordered some solid colored twine through Etsy, but have not gotten it yet.

Don't know how good the prices were - I'll see what Joann, SSS and Save on Crafts have. At least now I have something in hand to compare.

Lawn Fawn now sells some fibers that look an awful lot like hemp. I've seen them but I haven't really looked into it. You might want to give them a look.

It does look similar to the hemp I got on Etsy. But different colors! Thank you! Into my bookmarks.
