Default Sizzix Pillow Box

As usual, I might have got the cart before the horse. I've made 40 pillow boxes out of transparency for St Patrick's Day coworkers treat. Now that I've got them made, I don't know what to put in them. I had originally planned on green m&m's but now I think it's going to take too much to make them cost effective. Has anyone made them and knows how much candy (any kind) fits in them? Any suggestions?
Thanks
Kathy T

That would take a lot of M&Ms and would add it quickly. You might look in the bulk food section and be able to find green mint type things--it won't take that many to fill the containers. They are like peppermints but I think wintergreen. Gold coins would work too--doesn't take too many to fill--although per pound they are kind of spendy. Hmmm---green gum drops perhaps. Whatever you decide--the people you give them to will be thrilled to receive them--always fun to get a sweet treat.

Love the idea of gold coins! Thanks for your suggestions.

If you don't want to put too much candy in them, why not put shiny green shreds in along with the gold coins candy? I think it would look pretty, since they are see thru.

Yes, add a bit of "artfully crumpled" tissue paper or the crimped shredded paper thingies or some other filler.

3 Hershey nuggets fit perfectly. You can wrap them in St. Paddy paper
