Default Silhouette vs. Silhouette Cameo

I have read all the differences between the silhouette and the silhouette cameo. I don't own either one. I stumbled upon a silhouette at a local craft store and it was on clearance for $150. I did a little research and that is when I saw that the cameo is out there. I have a Cricut Expression 2 but like the sound of the silhouette to move around and take places with me. Is $150 a good price for a silhouette? Do I spend $100 + for the cameo? Being I don't own either I guess I am looking for whatever input you got for me.

Thanks
Lisa

The best price I have seen a Silhouette Cameo was $269 including shipping. Others have claimed to have seen it on sale for as low as $249.
Keep in mind the SD is priced a little lower because it has a smaller cutting width (8" versus 12"). But the SD is still around $200.

Yeah. I have only seen the Cameo for $269. The SD I can get on clearance at AC Moore for $150. I forgot about the 8" vs 12". I use to have the Original Cricut and didn't really like that. When I got the expression I LOVED the fact it could do 12 x 24. I guess that just answered my question. I should spend the extra $$ for the Cameo.
