Default PTI craft card stock

Hi,
I love PTI papers for their heavy weight. However, I have difficulty in using certain paper punches with them. Does anyone know if Stampin Up carries a similar color of PTI craft card stock?
Thanks.
Ann

In the past, I honestly could not tell the difference between PTI and SU Kraft other than the PTI had a slightly heavier feel. SU renamed their Kraft to Crumb Cake on July 2010. I have not ordered it under the new name but from what I have read, it was merely a rename and not a change to the color at all, so I assume it looks the same.

SU Kraft is now Crumb Cake and like the other poster said, it is the same color.

PTI's and SU is close in color but not exactly the same but I use them both without a ton of feeling towards one over the other. I just like the heavier weight of PTI for card bases and SU for everything else.

Michaels carries a brand of cardstock called "Recollections". I got a pack of it in kraft paper - 50 sheets for $3.99. It's not as heavy as some other cardstock, but I've used it for card bases and also with punches.

Hobby Lobby also usually has kraft paper in their scrapbook paper section. I don't remember the brand name but I've bought it also.

I agree with Bugga...I have a lot of the Kraft from Michaels in the Recollections brand. The only thing I have noticed with it is some adhesives dont stick to it. I always have to use the ATG to get it to stick..Bugga did you notice that or is mine just the lame packages....lol
blessings.

I have a sample of SU's crumb cake and it doesn't look like it has any many "threads" in it as PTI's or Gina K's. It is also a lighter color.

Amber, I haven't noticed any "sticking" issues, probably because I use the ATG for everything except tiny little embellishments.

TY Bugga...I use the photo splits for many of the cards I make. Dont know why..just do. I always have many rolls of ATG on hand so I dont know why I dont use it more because I do love it..
