Have to agree with you there. I have been following the release and cant make up my mind which to get. Ahhhh the temptation to get all is very very big, and I think its quite funny as I have never been a 'cat' fan.

I reined myself in LOL and bought 3 singles and one of the sets (but, of course, the rest are on my 'wish list').

I'm a 'dog' person myself, but I do enjoy a good cat image; two of my favorite 'cat' artists are Kliban and Gorey.

Thanks holtzfan for the intro to Phil Frank and his Feral Cats - found some of these cartoons online - funny!! I also saw an article that quoted Frank as saying 'I ink, therefore I am' - LOVE that

Okay, I read this thread yesterday, looked at the absolutely adorable cat stamps, and managed to resist until today. I kept telling myself, you do not need any more stamps. You still have stamps that have not even been inked, etc. etc.

It did not work. I just ordered the two clear sets, Retro and Good Day.

I got them from the Penny Black store, and was pleasantly surprised that the shipping was only $3.99. So many of the stamp vendors seem to jack up the shipping, like $6.95 which really is a bit much.

Can't wait to get these cuties!

Hooray - I got the shipping notice on the cute cat stamps today! I make lots of simple note card sets as gifts, and I think they will be perfect for that.

My stamps arrived today and now I have to go back and get the ones that I didn't get on this first order LOL they are awesome IMO.

So much for trying to hold out with a wish list ;)
