I am slowly collecting all of the nestabilities and am wondering how others store them. Right now I have them in their packaging but is there an "easier" way that I can see them all at my finger tips?? I was thinking a binder with plastic sleeves but what size? Any tips??
Quickutz sells magnetic binders for their nesting dies. I really like them, although some think they are expensive, $12.99 each at my LSS. They also have revamped them and improved the quality recently - my most recent binder is a notch above the older ones I bought.
Basically, it's a flip open 8.5 x 11 folder/book that is magnetic inside. I can fit all my nesting dies in one book with room to spare. Right now, I have 5 sets of nesting QK dies in one binder.
From reading about how others store their nestabilities, I picked up on storing them in the regular CD cases with magnetic strips adhered to the inside to keep them in place. For example in one CD case, on one side I keep the small scallops and the other side I keep the large scallops of one shape such as rectangles. Then I have the plain rectangles in another CD case. Hope this makes sense.
Location: I had no idea it could snow this much in the desert!

Glad I found this thread. I like this idea because I already have the magnetic tape and empty CD cases. Thanks for sharing! :p

I use the CD cases and magnetic strips also that I learned about here. They fit so nicely in a small CD rack I found at Target. Love the convenience of storing them like this. Here's a photo of mine:
clear CD Cases work for me too. I have been collecting them by the 4 pack from U Cut @ Home, using their 40% off coupon. I'll put all the scallopes in one case and standard in the other. Then use label maker to lable case. I LOVE being able to use all those CD cases I had stored in the back of the "junk:" closet.
Ellen Hutson tells how she stores hers on her website under her blog Simple Dreams. She uses magnetic sheets in a binder with clear pockets. Sounds easy to use!
I wanted to keep them in the cases they came in for now.....I only have the complete circle set. To keep them in place, I just adhered a magnetic business card in the package. I have a bunch of them stuck on my file cabinet for future use and thought....'why not!" Keeps them in place like the magnetic sheets but they were free! I assume that they will eventually make their way to the CD cases.

I also use the magnetic business cards in my CD cases. We just got new phone books that had 2 on each book. After I had thrown them in the trash, a light bulb went off, and I had to dig them out!! They work great, and they were free!!!

Oh my gosh, this is such a great idea. I only have three sets (so far) but I definitely need a better way to store them.

just a quick tip. when i bought my clear cd cases, i had to work around the circular insert thingy that held the CD in the case. my son told me that whole piece can be removed.
it is easiest to remove this insert from the "hinged" side of the cd. open the CD case. the hinged side should be on your left. find an edge on the hinged side and lift up. the insert with the circular thing should pop out. hope this made sense.
I store mine on the 3M hooks, the ones you can pull the tape off if you want to remove them or reposition them. I have the nesties on the inside doors above my workspace. very quick and easy to get to. HTH someone!
