If I had seen that 15 years ago, when I first got serious about paper crafting, it would have saved me buying a light box and paper trimmers. Now, it would just be doubling up on what I have. It does look like it makes it easy to combine stencils, dry embossing and stamps on the same project. If you need a light box and a new trimmer, go for it.

I think it would be a good choice for beginning papercrafters or for crafters who have limited space, like college students in a dorm room. I don't think it would replace those good quality individual tools that those of us who have been papercrafting for years already have.
