Default Making a frame with Nesties
I don't even know the name of what I want to do. Its using your Nesties to make a frame or emboss on top of your card w/o cutting through it. Anyone know what this is called. I know there is a tutorial in the resources forum but since I don't know what its called I'm out of luck. TIA for your help.
