I hadn't heard that about the Precision base plate. I've been using it for all my intricate dies since 2015. The only thing I ever heard was that you can run only the very intricate dies thru it, never the frame dies, where there is no middle, such as rectangles
circles, squares, and outline only dies. Guess I've been really lucky.

Maybe everyone else is using it incorrectly! If you've been having no problems (and good results) with it for years.....

I'll start a thread about it and see if I can get some other people to chime in about it. Thanks for mentioning it, sewcrafty28! !
I have come to the conclusion that buying craft supplies and actually using them are two separate hobbies.
