i dont know the right term, but where can i find 'empty/blank' stamp pads?

hi! im thinking of purchasing the SU In Color reinkers and using it on 'empty' stamp pads. question is..where can i find them? Joanns near me didnt have them, unless i didnt look enough . Not sure about Mike's.
