I tried to order from www.oozak.com yesterday and every time I tried to continue the check out process, it said Web Page has expired!
Soooo, I called customer service, the gentleman talked me through the process, I hung up and of course, my computer (Queen of the Hissy Fits!), did the SAME thing!:twisted:
I called Customer service back, explained, they took the order over the phone, told me they would send a confirmation email and a copy of the invoice AND SAID MY ORDER WOULD SHIP THE SAME DAY!!!:-D WHOOPEE!!!!
A GREAT BIG SHOUT OUT TO OOZAK!!!!! Service like that is hard to find these days!

** Just a note for your own info.-there is a note on the site saying that COPIC prices will increase as of Jan. 1, 2009-so if you need some, it may be worth the money to order now.

Must be a Copic increase at the wholesale level that will be passed along by most retailers. I'm going to order about 40 of them today through the store.
Steve is the bomb diggity! I love their customer service and the frequent notifications...you know every step in the order process. Never once had a problem with any of the orders I've placed. Every time you contact them, you get a courteous and speedy reply. It has been my experience that other sites don't necessarily operate in such a professional manner. I truly appreciate working with Oozak. ;)

Yes, I think it is an increase at the wholesale level as you stated. I also saw the increase notice on another site, (can't remember which one).
I'm debating whether I should get some refills or not. I really don't have the $$ after Christmas shopping plus I just bought a pretty expensive new lens for my camera. UGH. What to do...
That's my next step too, Gale. I just ordered 45 Sketch markers to go with the 75 or so I already have, so I'm pretty good on colors now. I wanted to get some refills on this order but I had to cut off my spending with the markers for now.
Then I thought to myself that I'd probably be two years needing some of those colors refilled so I'm not too panicked. I have about six refills of the colors I thought I might use most for backgrounds with the air system.
How do you decide which refills you want to buy, or do you try to get them for most of your colors?
I love oozak. I ordered the main chunk of colors I was wanting for my husband to give me at Christmas! Bummer that prices are increasing, but they pretty much have for everything else, why not markers!!
I have been happy with Oozaks FAST excellent service too!
Although I find that they are almost always out of 2/3 of what I need, so my last couple of orders I have used creativeplaystamps...also free shipping over $50, plus they send a freebie! They are awesome...very fast as well, and they carry a ton of other stamping supplies!
Lately they have had almost every color I wanted in stock!

Oozak is AWESOME! i live in Canada, and it was fast..they are great to deal with, i too had a computor glich and i called them super nice people, :mrgreen:
I order from Oozak on Friday and my order for my copics came yesterday I was so excited. They are great with there customer service. I had to call my order in since I was unable to use my computer to do it. I will be ordering from them again. I might even do it before January and the prices go up;)
