Help - SU Retired Sets

Does anyone have a list of the retired stamp sets or better yet, is it safe to assume that if it is not in the catalog or mini, it is retired? I have so many stamps sets I need to get rid of. I am scaling things down but know I can't sell stamp sets that are still in use.
