Red face Help! My Bigshot Has Bare Feet!

No matter what I do to prevent it, my Big Shot scoots around too much on my worktable. Today, I finally got smart enough to lift it up and look at the bottom. I discovered all but one of its little feet has broken off over the years.

Does anyone know if replacement feet are available? Or better yet, how can I get some? Thanks for any info. Lynne

You know Sizzix service is amazing - I have the same issue - let's email them! I'm sure they sell them!

If Sizzix isn't able to help, there's an awesome product called Sugru that is way too fun to play with and might be just the ticket. It's a little pricey, but dang is it versatile! If you Youtube it, there are a bunch of people who have put it to use in some pretty creative ways. It was a definite hit as a stocking stuffer over here, this year.

5+ years ago I contacted Ranger because I had lost a few of my rubber 'feet' on my Big Shot to see if I could buy some and Ranger sent me a set of feet 'no charge'.

Ranger customer service and product support is just outstanding.

Sizzix can't be beat for customer service. I needed a part to repair my Big Shot. ( I'm guilty- I fed it too big a sandwich.) Not only did they send the part at no cost but agreed to send it to the friend that was able to make the repair for me. Wow!I'll be checking my feet next.

hi I also agree about Sizzix excellent customer service as my handle on my bigshot broke and they sent a new one - no charge - after I asked where I could buy one. For me their customer service is as good as their products.
