Question Grand Calibur Problem

Help! I hope someone has the solution to my problem. When I run my dies through my Grand Calibur, the dies are either curling into a"U" shape or are left warped/distorted. Has anyone else experienced this problem...and what did you do?

I haven't had any problems with my Grand Calibur, however, I would contact Spellbinders and inquire about your problem. I have read that they stand behind their products and give awesome customer service. HTH
