Default Formula for envelopes on MS Scoreboard?

I was wondering if anyone has worked out a formula or system for making sizes of envelopes different to those printed on the envelope tool. I was wanting to make an envelope that measures 7 1/2 x 4 3/4 inches. I don't know what size paper I need to start with and what measures to score with. I have seen utube tutorials for other sizes of square envelopes but not for rectangles as I'm wanting.

I had the same question and found this tutorial for the score pal. It makes a different type of envelope, but should work on the MS scoreboard too. www.scor-pal.com/envelope

Thanks for link. I have favorited case I'm always thinking of doing this, but then can't find instructions.
