Default Foam Tape?

I use a TON of the Stampin' Dimensionals, and for awhile I had switched to the Scotch Foam Tape, and then I switched back to Stampin' Dimensionals...and now I'm thinking of switching again!

I use a lot of dimensionals so I'm wondering where is the cheapest place to buy the gigantic rolls of foam tape?

Tape Depot has 1/8" thickness rolls for $2.89 a roll for 18 yards= $.16/yd.

Taylored Expressions has 1/8" thickness rolls for $12.50 for 36 yards = $.69

Any thoughts or suggestions?

I use a ton of dimensionals also, but where I live it is super hot and humid, and the foam tape just doesn't stick! I can't find anything else that sticks as well as the SU Dimensionals.

I have SU dimensionals but I started out using and still use the Miss Elizabeth's mounting tape from Dollar Tree...yes, $1 for 1/8" thick x 3/4" wide x 16 ft long.

I've never had a problem using it or having it stick...it always does and stays stuck. I like in the valley in California...it does get hot and it does get humid...just not usually at the same time! LOL!

Give it a shot. I love it. I will stock up and by 3 or 4 rolls when I find it.

I have both the 1/8" and the 1/16" from Taylored Expressions. It sticks well and I love it. I use a ton of foam tape! If you're looking for something similar in thickness to SU dimensionals you'll want 1/16". The 1/8" is perfect for shaker cards or when you want something popped up double thick. Hope that makes sense.

I've been looking at the products sold by SCS Dirty Dozen Alum texasjpdylynn. You can find them on her blog. She sells various adhesive products at great prices. Although I have used them yet, I plan on making a purchase soon. Any one else tried them?

I have a TON of Jody's adhesives and use them all the time. LOVE them.

When I buy from her I stock up b/c it's cheap and I use dimensionals on pretty much everything I make. That and she doesn't charge much for shipping makes her #1 for dimensionals/red line adhesive!

I totally recommend her

I bought a ton from Jody, too. I go through dimensionals like crazy. I have found that sometimes the backing can be difficult to remove but it's not enough to stop me from buying from her again when I need to. I even cut mine in half to make each sheet last longer.

Hmmm I've used the Scotch foam tape without any trouble and we have very humid summers. They sell it at my craft store and I can use a 40% coupon, so that's definitely cheaper for me. Maybe you can check there? AC Moore? JoAnn's?
