Default Flat Bottom Bags

I need to turn a "sleeve" style cellophane bag into a gussetted "lunch bag" style. Any tutorials out there? I'd rather not reinvent the wheel (again) ;)

The end goal is to have a bag that is about 6.5" x 6.5" square on the bottom, to accommodate a stacked plate of baked goods. I'm starting with a bag that measures 14" x 24" (and with no gussets).
