I have some of these, but darned if I know how to use them. I visited the Tsukineko website but didn't find much on how they are used. Are you suppose to wet them with water? TIA!

I use them with to color fine details on open-image stamps and to ink hard to reach areas like between scallops. I pick up color from the ink pad and apply. They also work really well with Twinkling H2Os.

They're great for bleaching. "Prime" them by soaking them in bleach for 15 minutes (you only need to do this once). I have two...use one for basic bleaching and the other I keep the tip "sharp" for finer lines.
