I have a bunch from Marco's paper too. I got some from The Paper Cut at the last Heirloom show I was at. They had similar inventory and quality to Marco's. I think Marco's was a little cheaper though. I don't know about shipping differences though. I have never ordered from the paper cut's website so I don't know what their shipping is.
I buy in bulk from clear envelopes.com. I get the ivory and white as I sell so many cards. I need to order again and am going to check out some different prices on line. I am going to check actionenvelope also. Thanks for the link.
Papertrey has nice envelpes and are $6 for 40 of good quality square flap style. Just checked actionenvelope and they have the square flap A2's for $7.95 for 50. I have never ordered from them so don't know their shipping costs but remember the free shipping on orders over $40 at papertrey. HTH.
I buy invitation envelopes at Staples, they have white or pastel combo of pink, green, blue, and yellow- they are pretty nice- not quite as heavy as SU though, but a heck of a lot less expensive for doing cards in bulk!

This is what I do, too. I find that Staples has a decent quality envelope for a reasonable price.
Paper Zone is thebest! I love that place.
Check the store locator NO, Don't check the store locator. It's not working. Won't even find the one here.
Maybe you could just look for Paper Zone in the phone book. I know they have stores in many West Coast Cities.
