Default Dimensional Paint/Embossing?

A few years ago, I saw someone make a card that added snow on the stamped image. I seem to recall that the "snow" was applied from a bottle, but only puffed up (similar to what puff paints do) once heated was applied. I'm trying to get a look of puffy/billowy snow for my Christmas cards and I'm not sure what type of product to look for. So far, I've picked up DecorArt Snow Writer, but that comes out puffy and package says it takes 2-3 hours to dry. Any suggestions??

I don't have any but I think a lot of people here use the "Fun Flock" by Stampendous. It will probably give you the look you are after. HTH!

I think it might be Liquid Applica. It's is a tube and you apply and heat to puff it. The first tube I bought was from SU, but TAC carries it too. I would think you'ld be able to pick it up at a local craft shop too.

I'm guessing it's liquid applique as well. It's available in white and you can either let it try for a slick look or heat and it will puff up.

This may not be what you are asking but I had a thought to use polyester batting for snow.

I use Ranger PUFFS - it's embossing powder that puffs when heated.

I have used it with Versamark as well as white ink and it looks more snowy when I stamp with white first. It is not shiny.
