Default Cricut HELP!!!!

I'm so frusterated. I'm having a love/hate relationship with my Cricut. I'm getting sloppy cuts and everything I attempt to cut is not cutting the entire way through or is tearing.
I have swapped out my blade, used a clean/new mat, adusted all of my settings, used different types of paper, etc and NOTHING IS HELPING!!!

PLEASE HELP, I WILL TAKE ANY ADVICE I CAN GET.

Call the help line for provo craft. Every time that I have had a problem with my cricut or gypsy, I have called them and someone walked me through the steps. They have been great and very patient.
