Default Cricut dust cover pattern?

Does anyone know where I can find a pattern to make a Crikut dust cover?
One thread said to email someone at Crikut.com & they would send you one, but after reading this poor lady's recent posts - it looks like she's been deluged with requests, has sent out over 300 & is temporarily out.
Does someone know of another source?
Don't really want to purchase off ebay, altho there are some cute ones there.
I do not have a Cricut machine, but a friend does & this would be a great Christmas present from me to her - AND more personal, since I would have made it!
Thanks for any help...

I wish I could help. I asked my mom about it (she's a manager at a Joann's) since she's usually in the know about these things, but this time she wasn't. The ones on ebay are really cute, though. Good luck!

Hopefully, she uses it so much, it won't actually collect dust! I wouldn't if I had one!!! hehe

Default Well...

Yes, she does use it a lot & loves it.
I thought about measuring it while I was visiting, but that would be a little obvious! (and too, I probably wouldn't get the measurements right)
Also, someone on a thread somewhere said you could take the cover that came with it apart & use it for a pattern - again, she might be suspicious. HA!
Oh, well, I'll just have to be patient. Someone will reply with the answer I need.
Thanks for your feedback.
