I wish 2 things: 1) that we had an AC Moore in our area, and 2) that I had the $$ to get an ebug right now, LOL!!!
I got another chance to play with my bug yesterday! I made 2 cards. I tried to scan them and upload them in my SCS gallery but one of them would not scan right. I took pics and put them on my blog. If you want y'all can check them out and I am gonna try to scan them again later for SCS. I really need to find some time to sit down and play with my Cricut for a few hours! Since I am new to using it I feel kind of clumsy and slow with it!

Looks like we were folding clothes at the same time! lol It's a cleaning day here, my family is coming to go Christmas shopping on Sunday, so I want to get the house clean. But tonight I'm playing with my new carts!!! (They won't be allowed down in my scrapping room, they might see presents down there, lol)

Man I just did mine last week and she got back to me and sent the paypal request already. She's replied to my 2 emails right away. SHe always does I have never had a delay from her unless she has said on her sight she is out of town. I'ld check and see if your emails got sent and they are not in draft, also did you ask her to send you a paypal request, becasue if you dont she just waits for you to send it.

Hey girls!!! I was just thinking that I love making things and exchanging fun gifts for Christmas. Would anybody be interested in a Cricut Sister Elf Swap? I would coordinate and swap out the names then we all just send our Cricut Sister a Christmas/Holiday package of goodies. I am already hosting a regular Elf swap and I am having so much fun I thought I would extend it to my Cricut sisters. I am finishing up my Elf package today!! Just pm me if interested. Even if there are only two of us we could swap with each other!
I've been watching this thread off and off for several weeks. I got a baby bug last year for Christmas and this year I talked DH into upgrading me to the e-bug for Christmas/my birthday in January. It arrived last week and it has been great! I was working on a huge project for a friend and needed everything I cut x 8! I'll upload pictures later tonight so they will be in my gallery soon. Several of my friends also have machines and we all share cartridges. Thanks for all the hints and tips you post here.

IT'S HERE!!!!My very own bug is here!!! I just have the regular Cricut, since I don't scrapbook, only make cards....YET!!! I'm sure having this will empower me! I had to wait over an hour for it to warm up before I plugged it in. We are in the middle of a snow storm here in Wisconsin and it was COLD sitting outside waiting for me to come home!!!! So while I waited it for it to warm up, I went to the Cricut site and registered it and signed up for the email. I've played with it a little and I'm about to go do my first project with it. I doubt I'll sleep at all tonight, because I'll be too busy playing!!!! I can't wait to show my Mom. She doesn't do paper craft, but she does do hand quilting, so once I show her this, I'm sure there will be some way she will incorporate it into her quilting!!!! I'm LOVING this darn bug!!!!
The status has changed. My CX order went from submitted to Complete. Hopefully it will say shipped soon.
When did you place your order? Molly's first order came today and she placed that order on the 21st. We both placed orders on the 25th. I got a shipping notification from fedex yesterday that my order will be here on Friday. I got an email today from creative express saying that makin' the grade is on backorder until January so they credited my card. What a bummer! I hope your cartridges come soon.

My order was placed at 10:17 pm on the 24th. I have not gotten any shipped notices yet. Keeping my fingers crossed they are heer by this weekend. My DH is fairly good about giving me time on the weekend to craft while he watches the kids.

I placed mine on 11/23 at 3:17 p.m... I haven't received a tracking notice yet. I only got a confirmation from CX and showing completed on their site. I too ordered Makin the Grade...I wonder if mine is backordered???

Only if you get a shipping notice from fedex. That's how I know that mine have shipped. I haven't received anything from creative express saying that they have shipped and my order still says processed instead of completed on their site. I would say that if you ordered on the 24th they should be on their way to you. I ordered on the 25th and mine shipped Monday.

I would hope that if you didn't get an email then you probably will receive makin' the grade. I guess I should have ordered a little sooner.

But, as I'm sure you already know, this thing can cut on ANY SIZE of paper!!! I had seen all the videos and stuff, but didn't understand how this would work. But my world has just been widened!!! I can't believe this thing!!! I know I'm gushing like a goof-ball right now, but I really didn't understand the FULL concept of it! This is a great machine!!! BLAH!!! I'll be quiet now and go back to playing with it!!!

I ordered about 11:20 pm on the 24th. I ordered makin' the grade too-I hope it isn't backordered! If it is will they still let me have the 3 others for $27?
