Default Corner Punch

I'm looking for a larger corner punch. Any recommendations? right now I just have a small Carl one. It works. It's okay. But I'm looking for one that makes a "bigger" corner. I've used something somewhere that worked like a pair of pliers. That worked great, but I don't remember if it was "wider" or not.

Are you thinking of a Crop a Dile which, I think, has two sizes?

I don't think mine has a punch. Weird. I think it looked different than my crop-a-dile, but maybe not...

I think maybe BathBelle was thinking of the Corner Chomper, which is also made by We R Memory Keepers, and has a similar look to the Crop-a-Dile. There are two sizes of corner punches on it - 1/4" and 1/2". I also have a nearly ancient EK Success thumb punch that does an even bigger corner. Here's a link to a page on their website that shows several punches: 1 Inch Rounder Corner Punch - EK Tools . I'm not sure if mine is the "large" or the 1", and I'm guessing that these are the newer style of punch...

No worries! There are so many tools and gadgets out there these days - and those two are so similar in appearance - that it's an easy mistake to make. In fact, I had to get up and go look at them to make sure I was getting it right!

I have the Corner Chomper that makes both 1/4" corners and 1/2" corners. It is a very sturdy tool and I like it a lot. The larger 1/2" corners are the ones I use the most.

Corner Chomper gets my vote any day, it cuts very cleanly and will go through both layers of a card base! I have my eye on a second one in different sizes to my current one, which is 1/4" and 1/2".

I have these too and .mostly use the 1/2". They cut through several layers!

Yes - especially handy when you decide to round the corners after you've folded your card.
