Caran d'Ache/Neocolor II watercolor crayons
I just had the most exceptional customer service experience that I thought I would share.
For any other watercolor or mixed-media fans out there, you know that Neocolor II are top-of-the-line-fantastic watercolor crayons. They are also super expensive!
I treated myself to a small tin this past spring, and a couple of crayons just broke my hands as I was using them. I contacted the company because it seemed odd. They asked for pictures and a copy of my Amazon invoice and they are going to replace the whole set! They are airmailing them from Switzerland.
I'm really shocked but so pleasantly surprised that they take such pride in their products and the customer experience that they would do this � they are a historic company so I guess I shouldn't be surprised. So if you're ever hesitating to treat yourself to some of their products � don't! They really are worth every penny.
