Bristol paper question

Can anyone explain the difference (if there is one) between Strathmore Bristol cardstock/paper and Julie's Bristol smooth cardstock/paper branded through Ellen Hutson? Other than size of paper and price. Or are they one in the same just different brands? Thanks in advance, I appreciate your time.

Bristol paper is a particular type of paper, and comes in vellum surface (which has some tooth to it) and smooth.

Like any art paper, different brands may be of different quality. But there shouldn't be a major difference between Julie's smooth bristol and the Strathmore 300 (yellow cover) smooth bristol. Any difference should be the brand.

I noticed that Julie's is being discontinued at Ellen Hutson, and she is now carrying the Strathmore 300.
