depends what kind of flowers are you looking for - if you are looking for realistic looking flower stamps to color - check out Flourishes ( www.flourishes.org)

The most beautiful floral images I have ever seen come from a company called PSX, that is no longer in business. However, some are available on eBay occasionally.
SU! also used to have a LOT of florals but I don't know if they still do.

I heard of Northwoods, beautiful stuff. I like Papertrey but not for their florals.

I've been eyeing the Gina K "a year of flowers" for sometime. Its beautiful and value for money!
