I found lots of spools of ribbon at Big Lots yesterday. Most are Michael's brand, 5/8", and the colors are beautiful, most also have like 9 yards on them, nice satiny feel, and they were all only $1.00 each. Needless to say I got several! ;)

Thanks for the info! I have a BL near me, but I try not to go there that often. I will definitely make a trip over there to see if mine has those ribbons you mentioned. I love getting cheap scrapbooking items!

I have also seen very nice sheer and satin ribbon at Dollar Tree. It was 5/8" and 9 yards also and cost, yes you guessed it, $1! Not tons of color choices, but still very nice.

Mine also had very nice textured cardstock in a scrap pack for $1-$2 the last time I went, it's actually my favorite brown to use. My BL is right next to Hobby Lobby, so looks like a stamping shopping trip is in order! Thanks for the heads up.
