Question Avery Elle white ink

I just got Avery Elle's pure white pigment ink pad. It is the only white one i have and was very excited about it. It stamps nice but I have noticed that after the image has dried it can be smudged as if it was chalk. I guess it dries to a chalk finish. Has anyone else had this issue? How did you fix it? and any ideas for a better white ink pad?

I really like the WPlus9 white ink pad. I haven't had any problems with smearing after letting it dry, which doesn't take long time. I used it for the lace border on this: Wplus9 White Ink by qvande - Cards and Paper Crafts at Splitcoaststampers
You can find the ink here: http://www.wplus9.com/white-pigment-ink/
