I run the cardstock through a Xyron before I cut with the die. I don't have much luck using an adhesive on a die cut after it has been cut. (i.e. glue pen, glue applied with a toothpick, etc,) Memory Box dies have lots of fine detail so this is the only way I can get the die cut to stick.
I use the zig two way glue pens. For a fine intricate die cut, like a flourish, I just dab several of spots of glue over the back. I don't feel I have to apply glue to the whole piece and I don't have to worrry about glue seeping from underneath and showing.
I have found the glue pen's don't always give enough glue; so I'm using Glossy Accents and just touch the top to the larger connections of the die. Don't over do it but Glossy Accents does not come loose later.

Nice to know I'm not the only person who has used Glossy Accents as an adhesive! It does stick very well.
My all time favorite go to glue for tiny spots on die cuts is Tombo Mono Multi- green cap glue. I put a dob of it on a scrap piece of paper (usually used printer paper backs) and then use my favorite tool--the toothpick-- to dot the tiniest spots and corners. Works great! Corners don't pop up, and points and curves stay put. Love this glue!

I used to use my Xyron, but then I couldn't find refills for it, so I used a spray adhesive. I couldn't believe how easy that was, and a can of spray takes up less room on the shelf than a big Xyron.

I have been thinking of using Spray adhesive for my projects. I have asthma and throat problems. I was concerned about the fumes. If any one has great tips for that I would be so grateful. I really hate buying refills for the Xyrons and storing them too.
