Default Accu Cut Dies

Does anyone have any Accu Cut dies and know for sure if they fit in the BIGkick or BigShot die cutting machines?

I've contacted Accu Cut and of course they say no, but that may be just a ploy for everyone to purchase their mega expensive machines.

I'm interested to find out the exact dimensions of the dies. I do understand that some/many are very large, but there are also many that appear to be the same size as the Sizzix dies. The fact that the casing is wood and not plastic like the Sizzix ones should not make any difference.

Thanks for any replies from anyone that can give a response based on experience.

Patti

The Accucut dies are about 1 inch thick.

I own both machines...and NO...they do not fit...if you want Accu Cut die shapes, you must have an Accu Cut or Ellison machine...or you can have custom dies made for the machine you have...

scraptigerlily, vensung1, debbiesdiecut...........Thank You ladies for your responses. There are a few of the dies I would love to have. The ones that make boxes/bag of different shapes are what appeal to me. After looking at them, most appear to be doable using the many tutorials here on the Split Coast Stampers Resources site.

debbiesdiecuts.......The Ellison machines are expensive but cheaper than the Accu Cut ones. Something to think about whether it's worth the investment.

Thanks Again ladies.....Patti
