Default 5 inch Scallop Circle cutter?

Good evening!

Where can I find a 5 inch and a 4.5 inch scallop circle cutter? any ideas?

I've been looking for one on the web, but im unable to find one.

I think that is too big for a punch, but maybe you can find a die that will cut those size scallop circles. Maybe Spellbinders? Hope you find something.

Here are a couple of edge punches that you might be able to use. If you use only the outer cut it looks like it's a scallop.
