Well, the order I placed on Sunday - arrived TODAY! No problems what so ever. I ordered 2 sets of nesties, and some Fiskars replacement blades. I rec'd a shipping confirmation email just this morning, and by this afternoon my package was here. Perfect. I think I'll go back and see if there is something else I want - friday is payday.
Like you I ordered Sunday and FedEx just dropped off my order. Site still just showed that I had ordered as of noon today but I have my package in my hot little hands. 2 sets of nesties and my first Dew Drops. I'm waiting to see if you all are going to talk me into a second order for a score pal. ;)
I received an email from scrapbookingalley.com Monday 6/22 stating that they are still unable to locate my order. I had sent them a copy/paste of the confirmation email they sent me on 6/9. They are going to contact the billing department and get back to me. I am curious...I paid using paypal...did those of you who received your orders pay with paypal or credit card?

I paid with Paypal for both my orders, one on the 17th and one on the 20th and both arrived today.
Does your order show up when you check order status?
Mine did, and only yesterday was there shipping info for the first one...the other order showed up today...both in separate boxes, but the 2nd order never showed as shipped in the order status thing.

Thanks ladies. I thought maybe it was paypal issue, but I guess it's not. I'll let you know what more I hear from scrapbookingalley. I am glad that no one else appears to have had a problem since I did want to order some other things!
I always prefer the sites that have a checkout with PayPal. I checkout with PayPal, and then sometimes switch between my checking account and credit card. I have used PayPal for several years now, and never ever once had a problem.

Sorry ladies, one more question....when you placed your orders, did you get an email requesting you to call the fulfillment center to verify your order number, email and billing address?
Nope, I didn't have to call anyone. But when my package arrived today, the return address had a "Fulfillment Center" or something like that. I'm totally happy with the speed of shipment - I haven't even gotten a shipping confirmation yet, but my order is here!

No, I did not get a request to make a phone call. I got a confirmation email, a shipping confirmation email, and then my package. My package was also marked as from Fulfillment Center. ( kinda weird name? ).
Oh, they sell copics too. I don't use them, but for those that do, you might want to check out their prices and see how they compare to other sellers.

Now, these 'Nesties' you are also talking look really neat -- I would so order some, but do not want to have to also purchase their roller-machine. I have a sizzix, Quickutz revolution, Ellison Big Shot, and a Zip e Mate -- with the Nesties work in any of these machines???

They work in the Sizzix, Big Shot and Revolution for sure! I'm not familiar with a Zip-e-mate though.

I ordered late Tuesday evening and just got a shipping notice! Expected delivery is next Tuesday. Wahoo! If they keep the 20% off sale going (like has been going at Ritzcamera.com since the beginning of the year) I am going to be in SOOOOO much trouble!
update: I continue to have issues with my first order with scrapbookingalley.com. They are insisting they have no record of my order, even though I have sent them my confirmation email and the details from paypal. They have stated they will notify paypal to reverse the transaction, but paypal does not show the update (3 days now). I guess I will contact paypal on Monday or Tuesday if needed. Now, the good news is that I did cave in and place a second order on Wednesday. I again was leary because I received that email telling me to contact fulfillment to verify information. I was not going to verify any information about my credit card, but all they asked was for me to confirm my email, and my mailing address. I'm happy to say that my second order arrived today!! Yipee! So, I really think that whatever happened on my first order was some isolated problem and I am glad to hear that no one else has experience issues with this site. Thanks to all who have shared their experiences!!
I placed an order on 6/22 and received a confirmation on 6/23. Received my items today.
Glad I was home because I ordered the ScorMat and it is going to be over 100 degrees today here. I don't know if this mat is like the cutting mats that I bought to use with a rotary cutter for quilting and will warp if they get overheated. When I brought the packages in and opened them the items were very warm but the mat fit flat within the ScorPal raised edges.
I ordered 2 days ago and got the $20 off with paypal. Now it says the same deal, but with "BillMeLater"... I didn't read the details on that to know exactly how it works.
I also ordered some nesties -- I had never seen or heard of them before -- until here on SCS last week. I did not get the scor-pal cutting mat because I already have two others and figure those others should suffice. Is there an advantage to this one over the others?
I also bought the little scor-bug embosser thing for $6.95 (no tax and no shipping) from www.scorpal.com and paid with paypal. It looks neat...
Ordered the ScorPal, Mat, tote, several different sizes of the ScorTape, some punches etc Sat 6/20 with paypal and got it Friday. An unbelievable deal with the additional $20 off plus the no shipping. It looks like the Paypal deal is gone but you can get $20 off with a Pay it Later thing. Probably going to order one for a gift; won't even have to pay for shipping.

For those of you who ordered the Scor-pal and Scor-Mat together - how was your order shipped? USPS or UPS? I need to know before I can place my order because I have 2 different addresses and there is no customer service telephone number to call (only a fax number). Their FAQ page says orders under $100 may be shipped by USPS, but doesn't say for sure.
My order was about $75, but I ordered both the Scor-Pal and the Scor-Mat along with other things. They are sending my order via FedEx Home Delivery. I'm not sure how they determine which method to ship, but I hope this helps somewhat.
WooHoo! I received the nesties I ordered, played with them, loved them and was able to order more before the sale ended! It ends today!!! I also ordered a few Copics that I needed. No shipping and only $3.22 each for the Caio!!! Thank goodness it is payday today!

Thanks! I just ordered the score pal. I couldn't justify a $39.95 tool (shipping free at $40.00 so you have to order a second product, but this was much better.
My order should be coming today! It's 'on the truck' with FedEx, but they usually come in the morning. Can't wait to have a few new goodies to play with and help me get more organized!

Well, I'm on my 4th order now ! It seems I put in one order, then go back and browse around some more, and I find something else I want! Thank goodness for the free shipping! Wonder how long that will last? Oh and by the way, the sale that was going to be over at the end of June...... is now running through July. So -I think the 20% off is probably going to be standard. I did get worried after a few posts. I ordered in the wee hours of the morning (2am 7/14). I checked the website and it said there was no order, although I did get an email and paypal has transaction as 'pending'. I did make the call, and got transferred a few times. Boy, was I getting very nervous.
He did find my order, and told me it takes 1-2 days to process, so hopefully I'll get it soon. I'll be checking the website throughout the week. I would hope that by Friday it should show some status about my order.
I placed an order on June 30th, and paid via paypal. I got a order confirmation e-mail the next day with my order#. I still have not received my order, and when I check the status of my order it still doesnt read that it has shipped. I checked my paypal acct. and the money has been sent from there on June 30th. I knew the shipping would take a little longer since I am in Ontario, but this is a little longer than I expected. I cant find a phone# to contact them with, but I did send an email to them today. Hopefully I hear back soon as I ordered 4 new sets of nesties that I am dying to try out at my crop on Friday night. I will keep you posted on the drama!! lol

UPDATE:
I called them on the 16th again, because no order was found using the website, also payment was still listed as "pending" on paypal. They said they had my order and it was getting ready to be shipped. It would ship in 1-2 days.
I'm a late sleep, I just had neck surgery so very drowsy at 9am I hear a knock on the door. After pulling myself out of bed, I see a Budget rent a truck pulling out of my driveway. What the heck are they doing here. I checked both doors and low and behold...I have a package from FedEx. Is FedEx now renting trucks for local delivers?
In short, I ordered 2am on the 14th and have it in my hands on the 17th. Scor-pal for 26.15 (no tax, no shipping, and they shipped FedEx).
Could someone please help me out with the phone number for Scrapbookalley? the only number they have on their website is a fax number. I have tried calling but only get the lovely fax beeps. I have now sent 2 emails with no reply.. im starting to get a little ticked, as my $100 payment has been gone for over 2 weeks now. I'm at a loss as to what to do next, other than contacting paypal and getting them to look into it for me.
