Crafts Too embossing folders including the Tools one. They do send overseas and you can email them for a postage quote to NZ.
As far as the Candy Canes folder goes,
Craft CONCEPTS (a different manufacturer) make one that you can
pre-order from Crop Stop (USA), ie: they haven't been released yet. Crop Stop also sell overseas and you can add things to your basket and check out the postage to NZ before you go through with the order + they have a currency converter so you can convert the prices on the website to NZ $ to make it easier. They also have a flat international rate for embossing folders to Australasia. I have no connection to Crop Stop other than being a customer. Crop Stop's website is:

I don't know of a candy cane embossing folder by Crafts Too - in fact, I just checked the
Wholesale website for Crafts Too folder (based in the UK), and they are releasing new folders but not a candy cane one.
