Default What is This type of die called?

I need to find a certain type of die but can’t figure ou that it’s called. The best I can explain it is like a bookmark die but designed with scallops or decorative edging on both sides. Something that can be used as decorative element on cards.

Thanks for your input!

Have you seen it someplace you can link us to?

By "both sides" do you mean inside and out?

For example: in this one you get the dots along the perimeter of the heart die cut AND the frame left behind. This is called "in/out" dies.

There are actual dies for bookmarks...

PTI has this set with a design
