They are a great company. I live in Cincinnati, where they are based. So, I can't say that I have ever ordered from them, but they are sold in my LSS, since the owner of the LSS also owns Verses. She is also the organizer of our big stamping convention, StampAway.
Anyway, the quality of the stamps is nice and they are a legitimate business. I have always had great customer service in the store itself. So, I would imagine that their mail order/online ordering business is run in a similar fashion.
Again, I do not have direct experience ordering from them, but I do know they are a great company and the owner tends to be very particular about the service offered in the store, so I would assume that carries over to the online business, too.
